Season 1 of B5 has the best intro.
That second one is funny...
I hated the Enterprise intro song at first too, but I have to admit that it slowly grew on me, I didn't hate it by the end. It was the show that I didn't like, really, not the intro... though it is the worst intro of any of the five TV shows for sure. Of course it's the worst of the five shows too.
Voyager intro. The best Star Trek intro for the best Star Trek series.

I liked that show a lot. Unfortunately, they removed that music after season 1, and the seasons 2-5 intros aren't nearly as cool sounding. :( Seasons 3 and 4 for instance had this bland thing.
