Kind of like how, Some people are so blinded by admiration for Roman Polanski that they try to sugarcoat what he did with a 13 old girl in 1977 and try to argue that it was not rape.

Despite the fact he gave her champagne laced with a sedative drug called Quaaludes, He also forced himself on her despite the fact she repeatedly told him to stop.

He also took flight rather then go to jail.

That's another great example. He's famous so it wasn't really rape! ... Yes it was, and he should have been in jail for a long time now because of it. It doesn't matter that "he has talent", doing that kind of thing should be severely punished no matter who you are.
