Quote:Okay, I quit reading on about page 5, because neither side was changing their argument, and OB1 made an ass out of himself.
So we're supposed to be changing our argument that we had different experiences with WW? Good one, Mr. Devil.

Quote:So, OB1 says that N_A sucks at MM, yet he is the only one claiming that Wind Waker had better labyrinths than MM. So, answer me this OB1: If you are the only one thinking WW had better/harder labyrinths, then could it be possible that you suck at WW, while everyone else found it pathetically, and boringly easy???
Ah, my simple-minded little friend, I never said that I found WW to be particularly difficult; I merely stated that I didn't find it any easier than MM or OoT. Big difference. All three 3D Zelda games have been fairly easy for me to beat, but I still enjoyed them immensly. Greater difficulty would have been better, but they're still great.
Quote:Actually, I only thought the puzzles were plenty hard BEFORE I realized that I was playing the last two dungeons. Afterwards, I realized that for their place in the game, they were too easy and too short.
Wow, now this has got to be the greatest turnaround I've ever witnessed. This is what you said a few pages ago:
Quote:When it comes to puzzles, sometimes it's a matter of what your mind is best lent towards. Different people are better with certain puzzles than others. I myself found Master Quest and , now that I think about it, OOT in general to have very easy puzzles, but lazy for instance did not. On the other hand, I have been getting stumped very often in WW. Now it may be that Wind Waker is just harder, but seeing as how others here have been stumped by OOT/MQ but found WW easier, I think the more logical explanation is just the difference in puzzle solving abilities between people. Wind Waker's puzzles are indeed quite tough if you ask me, but then again, the monsters are very easy... Fortunatly, that's okay, as I know many a person who enjoys just some relaxing brain stumpers rather than having to be concerned about combat all the time. To be honest, I'd like to see some new games that don't emphasize quick button action like fighting and such, and in fact might not even have any battles or quick action events at all, and are just puzzle fests where you can take your sweet time. I enjoy those kinds of games every now and then.
So it goes from you've been getting stumped by the puzzles very often in WW and thinking that the puzzles in OoT are be easy, to saying that WW is a really easy game, even easier than OoT?

*is confused*
