It's not that bad. Delayed jumping in the first part, then keeping the ladybugs in check while you jump from platform to platform, then clearing the junk out from the crushers, and then a Big Stomp before the boss. Dust Man himself is probably the easiest of the MM4 bunch to Buster Duel (next to Toad Man).
What are you having trouble with? The crushers?
