These past few months have been the perfect opportunity for the Democrats to pass healthcare reform legislation and they still have a chance to get it passed before January 2011, but at the rate they're going, nothing is going to get accomplished, and now we've lost one of national healthcare's (and Obama's) most avid supporters. :(
... Sometimes I almost wish Democrats were more like Republicans in some ways, Republicans would have gotten something they cared about this much pushed through months ago. :(
