I mean yeah, he is a physical woman with some surgery, so sure it makes sense. But it is a story for sure. For one thing, I'm not sure how often people who go that far with surgery would actually want to have a child themselves, instead of using a surrogate... isn't it reminding you of the gender you don't want to be or something?
