What, a team's worth is only measured by how well they do against New York and Boston? Give me a break. The league doesn't revolve around those two teams, and it especially doesn't revolve around the Red Sox. They're small beans compared to the Yankees, just like everybody else. Even still, all wins count the same regardless of who you're playing. I know you're up in Maine, but your condescending nature makes you sound like a MASShole (love that term). And any team with a $122M payroll isn't allowed to complain about how much other teams spend. Something about the pot and the kettle or something.
Anyways, the Red Sox come to Toronto at the end of the month. We'll see how they can handle Roy Halladay and the home crowd, which has been quite favourable for the Jays so far. The Red Sox are a sub-.500 team on the road right now, which means that another sweep is unlikely for Boston. I hope that series will be better than the one we just saw.
