At any rate, it's true he dabbled in alchemy. As for homosexuality, there's no historical basis for that. Then again there's no real historical basis for him being heterosexual either. There's good historical basis for him being completely obsessed, as he basically locked himself away from society for years on end to write his Principia Mathematica.
