Xbox360 has a better library then the PS3, The lower price difference was a deciding factor for me.

GTAIV sales are neck and neck, It wont have the effect of pushing either console ahead of the other,The only way for that to happen is if one bought exclusive rights to it.

I am curious as to what Rare will make for the Xbox 360 in the future..
