How the hell is the WiiMote even supposed to connect to the 360 or PS3 anyway?
It's like trying to turn on your computer with your cars clicker, simply because your computer may have an antenna doesnt mean that the hardware would know what to hell to do with the signal.
Wireless NIC's rely very little on there drivers to function, 802.11b/g/a, WEP, WPA, and WPA2, are all powered by the NIC's hardware, not driver. WiiMotes function on a wireless protocol that would have to be deciphered and is proprietary to Nintendo.
And.... In the one in a billion chance that Microsoft or Sony could even figure out how the protocol works, and how the hardware handles packets, and what frequency the damn thing even runs on. There's still no way for the xbox's wifi like system (which is not really wifi), and the Sony's blue tooth systems, (which are completely dissimilar) to be driver modded in a fashion to even connect to a Wiimote.
