You have to consider the large amount of people buying Wiis, though. A lot of them probably have very little experience setting up a network, and might have paid to have their wireless router setup. I had a problem getting my Wii online that I fixed by changing the router's broadcast channel, but most people would have no idea how to do that or even think of it.
