Sounds a lot better than it did originally. I mean "die for their sins" comes off a lot better than "enough talk, have at you!". Also, "cesspit of hatred and lies" certainly sounds deeper than "miserable little pile of secrets". The latter really sounds more like the psuedopsychological ramblings of some goth poet.
