Yes, I do. They definitely don't act like traditional pirates...
A comparison might be something like the British and Spanish in the 15-1700s. The Spanish sure would have considered all of those British privateers that were attacking their treasure ships to be pirates... :)
Of course the Space Pirates are also evil, but they're videogame badguys, so they have to be.
