We posted at almost the same time, don't miss my last post... :)
As for why that is, it's simple. Nintendo's position on the matter hasn't changed, and it is an extremely important issue that Nintendo badly needs to improve on. That they won't is very sad, and until (or unless) Nintendo changes I should continue to say so.
