In my mind, they made out. But then Samus kills her. ;D
I thought it was a cool twist that MC is a Japanese girl. Samus, Japanese company, 'American' girl. MC, American company, Japanese girl. I dunno if Bungie will do it when they eventually do show her but it would be the bees knees if she's of Japanese heritage, nodding to the obvious trademark infringem-- I mean 'homage'.
When she she starts shine-sparking and rams MC through the hull of the ship, the first time I saw that I was like come on Retro, bring it back, yunno you want to. It would be near impossible to control though. ;D
