Quote:Stupid? Wha... how in the world is listening to a game's music while playing that game 'stupid'? It's hard to think of anything less stupid, really... playing a game while listening to something else isn't right. :(
Okay, now THAT was god damn stupid. It doesn't take a great leap of faith to conclude that not all games have good soundtracks. Some have phenomenal ones - Silent Hill, Banjo-Kazooie, Jet Force Gemini, Body Harvest, etc. But some have terrible ones - the Tony Hawk Pro Skaters (if not for sound quality then for lame songs), and apparently Burnout 3 has awful pop music as well. Maybe in the future we'll get dating sims with My Chemical Romance blaring as the emosapien protagonist slumps his girly hair down in the rain after you fail the game when your girlfriend decides that dating you has helped her realize her homosexuality.
So, if a game has bad music, why subject yourself to it? I'll bet you also use paper towels to wipe.
