I've been trying to remember when exactly scared Shiggy was first introduced and by whom, but I just can't remember. It's been too long and I've slept [many times] since then.

I still think we should sue!! People are using our scared Shiggy smilie in their evil money-making schemes and that must be punished by public humiliation! Or by paying directly to my numbered Swiss bank account...
