Oh I know, and I badly, badly wish that this would happen, but it won't. Chances are somewhere around 0%. Nintendo has said that they will not be releasing any more first-party GBA games, I'm pretty sure... the fact that there are a lot of awesome games they could easily release is, for whatever reason, irrrelevant. :(
