Agreed, no. Absolutely not. Rare's games are great as they are... anyway, more "mature"? Erm... in which way? M-rated "it's bloody/gross so that makes it really mature, yup!" sense? They've tried that; see Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Conker's BFD... in the "sly adult references in a "kid's game"? Rare does that quite well (with great British humor). In the "actually mature" sense? That's not Rare. And besides, that's not what you mean, because that has little to do with rating... and most people don't want that anyway. They just think more violence and swearing makes it mature.
