I think the PS3 will be $400. That could sell very well if Sony can convince people they want Blu-Ray capability and that their console has better graphics (or is more powerful, people will buy into it even if they can't see it, or only a marginal difference) than the 360 or Revolution. Then again, I wonder what a $300 Premium 360 with second generation titles would do to the PS3, or a $200-250 core (assuming there is a price drop next year)?
Also, given the DS's significant lead over the PSP in Japan I wonder how much a cheaper (and innovative) Revolution will appeal over a pricey PS3? I think it's entirely possible that Nintendo can achieve number one in Japan or at least enjoy as much success as the PS3.
I don't know, I really hope that they each find their respective audiences and make the industry grow. We'll see.
