IP range

I working on a program to block certain countries from TC.
But first I need to build a IP range database.

Everyone let me know what counties you think we should block so I can start building the database.

We used to have some overseas members... blocking the whole rest of the world isn't right, I think. Leave in Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, at least...

At minimum, start with Russia and see if that makes a difference... though people who really want to can generally get around blocks like that, it takes effort.
