    I increased the resolution on the fluid simulation from 65 to 128..

    Thanks, modeling them was surprisingly easy. It's just a torus with a sticky fluid simulation dumped on it, and then top it off with some particles.. About a 10 minute job (minus fluid sim bake time).. The real challenge was the materials, and getting the lighting just right.. Next, I'm going to work on the donut texture some. My friend Jamal suggested I make a texture that shows off the fry line where it was cooking in the deep frier. And I was also thinking of adding some bump mapping to the donut, since their not usually a perfect torus. He also gave me some awesome reference images.. I'll keep you guys posted!
