I don't know the number for the FBI, but I'd be willing to bet that they know about this website and haven't shut it down because they are either [a.] hosted outside the US or [b.] the FBI is getting information from them, possibly both.

Edit: Okay, I just read some of that stuff on the website and the FBI probably doesn't care about these people because most of them are MORONS.
