However, Enterbrain President Hirokazu Hamamura said something interesting after stating, "[The Nintendo DS] will be a product unlike anything available right now and it will come with a touch panel," Hamamura added that Nintendo is prepared to unveil 30 titles for the Nintendo DS at this year's E3 show in May. It is unknown whether he meant 30 titles developed by Nintendo or 30 titles from multiple publishers, but either way it is a great number of games for a system's E3 debut. Can E3 come any sooner?

    Yeah, this E3 is going to be huge, no doubt about it.

    I was going to post this as well, but again, the laziness...

    That's great to hear, but hopefully it won't just be mainly mini-games and stuff. I want to see a full Zelda DS adventure! As long as it doesn't overshadow the new GBA Zelda...

    My friend's brother is getting a bunch of free E3 passes and if I can afford a plane ticket I can go. I want to go, damnit!

    I could've gone this year if only I didn't have a job. I can't believe I can get a free E3 pass every year, but there is always something that comes up so I can't go.

    All we need to do is start passing ourselves off as a legitimate gaming news site (and thus, we would be), and we could get a free pass ourselves!

    30 games for a... hand held launch? Yeah. How about no?

    I'll believe it when I see it, but I'd be more than happy to eat those words. 30 games means they'll cover every genre, it's a strange twist to the usual 10 Max launch titles that offer up maybe 5 must-haves. Using the same scenario, out of 30 games 15 will be worth writing home about and that's just insane. Especially for people like me that like to buy all the launch titles up front.

    They're showing 30 titles, but I doubt even half of those will be out within six months of the DS's launch. And how many are full games instead of gimmicky mini-games remains to be seen.

    If they're all Nintendo developed games then I'd imagine some would be mini-games.
