But is the lj in Lljubljana prounounced the same both times in the word? The way I say it it kind of isn't, but I'm sure I'm not saying it quite right. :)

But at least I know that the J sounds like Y. Otherwise the word is pretty hard to pronounce...

I say it as 'Loobleeana" (I think that's close, anyway)... the Slovenians say it a little different from that, though. I just think that that's close enough. :)

You can't really type it out, but it's kinda like this: lyoo-blyee-ana. It sounds better in Croatian/Slovenian. :D
