I like it, though I'd shorten it to make it more succinct. Also, I don't know if this is an optical illusion or what, but those gears look like they're pausing every so often. Still, good work.

And yeah, the 2nd one is better.

You should synchronize the speed of the gears to the sound of the revving engine.

And also use a font that isn't obviously Harry Potter.
