What do the legions of half-dead she-vampires do when the sun comes up? The plains of Mingletoss don't provide much protection from solar energy. Might that not be what Lady Trinkald had in mind when she sent the Grimble Brothers out with the rare sheets of pressed Parvolium ore to the Dwarves of Dongheim?

And, what is Guenvillarfe's role in all this?
