As I'm sure you all know I think this is the best game ever. Its multiplayer is a huge part of that... I really like playing War3 online...
Which is why it is no fun at all when its like it is now-- im at home and at home my comp seems to not work right with war3 online... so i cant play it online for now... :( :( :(

    Erm, Starcraft anyone?

I'd play, but I'm afraid my computer is only barely fast enough for me to stand playing it solo. I think the lag would really annoy anyone I played against. Not that my online connection would cause it, but the delay in my PC just figuring out what just happened would be the cause.

WC3 certainly is a contender, even in the GameFAQs current "best game" vote. In fact, I do believe every title in that list of 5 is deserving (I haven't played Splinter Cell yet, but I hear it actually beats MGS2, which is something I'd love to play) of being on there, well except Vice City, but I'm the exception to the popular opinion on that game, so it has to have something going for it that I just don't care for. However, I'm afraid Metroid Prime is rockin' da vote the most.

    So, praise it with great........praise....

I wouldnt mind playing SC with you either. It only requires one thing: YOU TO BE ONLINE! More than once a week, preferably... I'd really like to play more... why are you on so infreqently? Its annoying... especially after you keep saying you'll be on more. Do you have a real reason, or what?

Anyway, War3 is badly losing the GameFAQs poll :( . Its the best, I say! None of those others come close...

As for War3, I play against plenty of people with poor comps, but i think yours beats them all... still, we should try at least once, just to make sure. Maybe it'll be playable... unlikely, sure, but possible.

Hmm, maybe I shall at that. I have tried installing and playing it under Win98 by the way. There was a noticable improvement, but "noticable" is a very loose word. It was marginal, and not really worth switching OSes even to use, that's how small an improvement it was. I suppose that even if XP does require a lot more resources to run, it really doesn't slow down applications nearly as much as assumed. I just don't have quite as much time to play games, what with um, well, sure there's a reason. Don't worry about it, and if large flying islands filled with turrets start showing up all over the planet, pay that no mind either.

Anyway, okay let's play a match of WC3. I can promise I'll be even less of a threat than in SC though, if that can be believed.

Your even worse at War3? Yeah, that is hard to believe... :) (Well, you really aren't very good at SC, given how even I can beat you...) Anyway, we should try it. Next time we're online at the same time, that is. I've been online less since I'm at home and most of the evenings other people want the internet... I've mostly been on in midday/early afternoon and late at night... but I should be getting on more soon. And a little more than a week from now I go back to school and will be on a lot again. You? I'm still surprised when I see you online twice in the same week... it makes it pretty hard to play games against you this way!

Maybe if you regularly played random 1v1s or 2v2s on BNet (Play Game...) you'd have a chance at improving...

this guy actually charges money for people to be on his buddy list.100 bucks a month to be exact.
though he is the current War3 champ , it is totaly absurd!Just as absurd as his trading card merchandice . another player is said to have pattented his replays.

How do you patent game replays? Man that's stupid.

I belive agent-911 pantented his replays some how.
    war3replays.com exchanges replays from tournaments.
