Wow, what a terrific day. We get the first MP 2 shots, and now our first glimpse at Wind Waker 2 and Too Human! At least we know that TH will make it to the cube and be shown at E3, eh?

WW2 is of course using the same engine, but even though the screen is small and blurry the textures look noticably better. And damn, look at that MP2 screen. Simply gorgeous.

Update: More new GC games shown! I'm very surprised that RS IV was announced but am also extremely excited about it. The title is "The New Rebellion" so it looks like they're finally moving past the same OT setting! Hell yes! And then Game Zero which looks... well you can't really make anything out of it but it does look intriguing!

Nintendo is going to completely dominate E3 this year. No doubt about it.

That Game Zero shot must have been specifically chosen to reveal very little about the game... :)

Other than that... hmm, Burnout 3? For the Cube? Is that new, or did I forget it was coming to Cube... but I thought otherwise I guess... I guess with EA now holding the franchise they brought it to the GC...

Oh, and Rogue Squadron IV... cool! It's a good series that should continue, and hopefully that says that Factor 5 is staying with Nintendo, at least for now (or at least mostly)...

Honestly, after Rare and Left Field and this situation with SK now, maybe the best way to keep Factor 5 making games for Nintendo is to leave them as a third party... :(

    Oh and what is 'Hope'?

I dunno, but it looks very Square-ish, dontcha think?

Some people think these scans are fake since for certain games they're using old screenshots (like Star Fox 2), but I hope it's real.

It seems real to me and it looks like something that would be VERY hard to fake.

I found out that Hope is being developed by N-Space. So, it's a real game even if the pamphlet is fake. And as for Too Human, IGN has an un-name Silicon Knights project on their E3 list.

    Fake? :(

But this 'Hope' is real either way? Huh. Wonder what kind of game it is...

Well as long as Too Human is shown at E3 I'll be happy. And I was actually a bit dissapointed that Mario 128 wasn't on the pamphlet since I was expecting at least a few screens at E3, but now that it's been confirmed as fake I'm still hopeful.

Even though it's fake, it uses the real game screens? How's that for a paradox. Maybe it's a design template for Nintendo's brochures. But it really doesn't matter, those game screens are real. Though this is the first i've heard of Rogue Squadron 4...

It looks like Rogue Squadron 4 is fake, as is Burnout 3 for the GC. :(

I don't think the RS4 pic is real. If you look closely the shadows on all three Star Destroyers are the same and the formation their in just looks strange. Some people believe the Game Zero pic is really pic a pic from Killer7. I imagine the Too Human pic is fake as well, I'd like to know what it came from.

That Too Human pic screams SK and the Eternal Darkness engine.

It's fake. From Matt at the ign boards:

Quote:Since this crazy mock-up Nintendo pamphlet is making the rounds everywhere, I may as well address it officially in a thread.

It's fake. Nintendo knows nothing about it. Meanwhile, Factor 5 -- who would be the only developer to make a Rogue Squadron title for GameCube -- is no longer making GCN software. And I contacted Denis Dyack at Silicon Knights about the so-called Too Human pic; he said it was completely "bogus."

    Anyhoo, that's it.

Yeah, I'd be surprised by a Burnout 3 for GC... and the RS4 one easily could be faked. But who knows?
