After a lengthy recession, I'm on my GC again, after buying Medal of Honor: Rising Sun. Who, if any, of you got it too? It's a good, fun game, but mind numbingly short (8 levels?) and you can beat it in one afternoon, (albeit a really long afternoon). Share opinions, if any, and if applicable.

    Best respects,

This game has gotten a lot of hype, probably because of how popular Medal of Honor has been... does it live up to it?

I'll probably get it eventually, but seeing how short it is I'm not about to spend $50 on it. I have Frontline for PS2 and it was a fun game so I'll definitely get Rising Sun sometime in the future.

I played (and loved) MoH Frontline for GameCube a while back. Seeing as how this looks quite similar, I'm gonna wait on it. What with my very anticipated Mario Kart and FFX-2 coming out, I'll have plenty to do before I'm in need of a new game.

That, and between the two aformentioned games, my paycheck will soon magically disappear.

It was a very fun game, and well-made... some of the levels tended to run rather long (especially last one). $49 is a lot to pay for such a short single layer game, however, and the multiplayer is average (thought not at all bad). It was a fun time while it lasted; I'd recommend waitng until the price goes down or renting it. Still, it was good enough that I'm going to buy the other GC MoH now.

You won't regret it. The Landing at Normandy scene in the beginning still stands as one of the greatest experiences I've seen from a video game. Truly breathtaking.
