Slight Visual Upgrade

I improved the quote tags a little bit.. I was thinking that the quote tags from the blender artests website looked awesome, and ours suck.. So I added a visually appeasing quote button to the editor and BB code..

So for example:
[PHP][QUOTE2=Some Guy]I made tacos![/QUOTE2][/PHP]

produces this...
[QUOTE2=Some Guy]I made tacos![/QUOTE2]

Update.. Normalside and Otherside themes now have quotes using the new look without having to use the new button. If you guys like it.. I'll migrate this feature to all the themes and remove the button..

That looks really nice. I'd only add a set of closing quotes after the text and move the opening quotes to just below the "originally posted by x" line.

I played around with doing that.. But I wasn't crazy about how it looked.. But if the rest of TC has consensus I'll make the change..
