    Sucks... your thoughts?

I mean, that show is like the idiotic sketches they have on Mad TV or something... Now, some of them are funny (normally the ones that last exactly half a second, the normal ones drag on way too long..).

I mean, what happened? I know they want to try something "different" as far as comedy style, but yeesh stick with something you can actually DO.

I think its fairly decent. It is kind of hit and miss, but for some reason every time I see it on its the same fuckin episode every damn time. Hulk's life story was amusing the first time, but not so much the second, and especially not the fifth.

Jokes fall apart when it appears the parody you are doing is of something you've never even done the most basic research on.

Yeah, the first couple times I saw I caught in what I assumed to be the middle of the show. It was so random I was just like what the fuck is this and changed the channel. It seems like they watched the one that used to be on Nicelodeon, what was it, Action Squad Now, Team Action Force Now, something like that, I remember the Action and Now parts. Anyway, it seems like they watched that and said, hey, we can do that. So they did, only without any real idea what they were doing, direction, or original ideas.

    Voltron got SERVED!!!

Robot Chicken's good the first one or two times, but after that it does get a bit old. That's why I usually just watch the new episodes. For repeated veiwing it's Family Guy and Aqua Teen Hunger Force all the way.

Actually even the new episodes are painful.

What does that have to do with anything? They're both good, although HB is clearly the superior show.

It has to do with the fact that Robot Chicken is severely lacking and they should just cancel it already.

But, apparently some people like it.

Odd, considering that show is a potent example of exactly why no one laughs at shows like SNL or Mad TV any more.

Oooh, Voltron is in a dance off! "Buuurrn?" Sorry, the whole thing just makes me groan. Yes, the arm pump dance is stupid, no, I really don't think jokes about it are relevant. Any Titanic jokes you want to throw out there while we are hitting these phenomena at the height of their popularity?

They're making fun of a movie called "You Got Served" and that's pretty much what happenes in the movie, although without the giant robot and giant monster.

Quote:they should just cancel it already.

If it's still getting ratings like it was initially there's no way they'd cancel it. It was one of their first shows to break the million mark.

On top of all that, Seth Green is a horrible voice actor. All his characters sound the same. They either sound like Seth Green or Seth Green trying not to sound like Seth Green. Seth Green isn't even funny. He is arrogant. I met him once, he tried to kiss me.

When does the new season of Venture Bros. begin? Which is, in case you didn't know, the best cartoon ever animated. That title would've gone to Family Guy if Seth Green was not associated with it.

I don't even know who Seth Green is. All I do know is Adult Swim advertised his link to Robot Chicken like it was some sort of blessing.

Venture Brothers is a pretty hilarious show. I love the subtle and dry humor of it all, also I love it when the humor isn't so subtle or dry. I like Family Guy more though. I don't care if Seth whoever is associated with it, I like it because it's all crazy go nuts comedy.

Seth Green does a lot of animated voices, most notably Chris Griffin on Family Guy.

Little known facts about Seth Green:
    1. Unlike his claims, he is not in fact green.
    2. After two Mike's Hard Lemonades, he is done for the night.
    3. When he throws up, it smells like sperm.
    4. Joss Whedon picked Seth to play Oz on TV's Buffy the Vampire Slayer AFTER I passed on the part.
    5. Seth Green is only 3' 11''
    6. Seth Green actually has a tattoo on his upper right thigh of a My Little Pony eating a swastika.
    7. He flinches.
    8. His cell phone is a Nextel.
    9. He really isn't cool, me and other celebrities only invite him to parties because we like to get him drunk and tool on him.
    10. Noone knows how he became famous. I don't. I'm sure you don't. Noone knows. Weird huh?

Isn't that just making an unsubstantiated claim in an attempt to provide evidence for the first unsubstatiated claim?

Let's not confuse the issue with large words and loaded questions. Let's get back to how much Robot Chicken and Seth Green play Bissell.

Surely, you are mistaken. That title belongs to Duckman. Venture Bros. is pretty funny, but I wouldn't call it anything spectacular.

As for Robot Chicken, I think it has its moments. Some of the sketches are stupid, but others are hilarious, like the "Behind the Music" spoof on the band formed by the Muppets.

I do like how it's only 11 minutes per episode. I can just get up, leave the room and prepare a sandwich. By the time I get back, something else is already on TV.

Zombie Idol? Yes, that was one of the more painful moments... I mean, what did they just come up with that between rounds in SSBM?

Robot Chicken is kinda... meh. I've seen better. It's a little too slapstick, I think. Not that being slapstick is necessarily a bad thing. (Family Guy pulls it off, as well as any other style of humor it attempts, rather well.)
