    Harry Goz, the voice of Captain Murphy from Sealab 2021, died of cancer on September 5.

    From Animation Insider:

    Quote: Cartoon Network announced Wednesday on the web site for their Adult Swim animation block that film, stage and voice actor Harry Goz passed away recently at the age of 71.

    Goz was presently voicing the character "Captain Murphy" in the popular Adult Swim series "Sealab 2021," which airs Sunday nights.

    It has yet to be released who, if anyone, shall replace Goz's role.

    The co-creators of "Sealab 2021," Adam Reed and Matt Thompson, released the following statement with the announcement: "We are devastated by the loss of our good friend, Harry Goz. Working with him was always sheer joy, and his talent was beyond compare. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, and we shall all miss him dearly."

    In tribute of this hilarious man, we should all watch a bunch of Sealab episodes and play around with this for a while.

    This really makes me sad. :(

    Harry Goz was a truly funny man and I'm sure he will be greatly missed.

    I wonder if they'll get a replacement for him or if they'll continue the series without Captain Murhpy.
