Most of you will recognize that acronym, but notice it's not quite right. That's because instead of Rumbler of the Month, I suggest we establish Arguer of the Month. Just think of what this would do:

<li>Now OB1 and ABF could argue more</li>
<li>We could keep track of who really does make the best points and who dodges the questions.</li>
<li>Each month, we could award one poster with the coveted AOTM title, which would lead to incessant bragging!</li>
<li>There would be a worthwhile reason to actually read through the many "discussions".</li>
</ol>

I'm sure there are plenty of other great benefits too. We just need to establish a couple judges, and we are ready to go.

And I'm only being partially sarcastic. It would be funny.

LL's point is that if there's a contest, people WOULD start reading them! That's the whole idea. Saying no one reads them now is ignoring the fact that this is intended to be the answer to that very thing!

Hmm... good in theory, but given how lazy people around here are I bet they wouldn't bother reading all that stuff (they typically tend to be long) and would just randomly guess at stuff like you usually do.
