Hey everyone. I dont visit here as much as I would like to, as the few who know me would know. I would just like to inform whoever goes here and to Cypherstation that Cypherstation has moved. I aslo wanted to inform weltall this. We recreated it, hopefully for the better. I hope you all will re-visit and see that it may have what you are looking for now. I made multi platform catagorys so that it may broaden our horizans. Weltall please tell me your feedback. I am still useing the same name Cypherstation, Weltall if you want me to stop using that name please tell me. Thank you all and sorry if this seems long. The link is

    Thanks again for your time.

What a delightfully polite chap... and no, I don't think Weltall will mind if you use the name CypherStation.... Oh, wait, you DID get in touch with his lawyers first and ask permission, right? YOU DIDN'T!? Oh, wait till he finds out!!

That page is so fucking STUPID!!! I tried to register there and it tells you that you have to disable your pop up killer thing and if you don't you can't register because some stupid pop up comes on the screen and freezes it. That is so retarded.

Which Cypherstation? The old one or the new one I just gave you? If it is the new pone that is strange because know one else has had that problem, sorry :(. If you want to join though I can create a name for you, as long as you tell me what the name you want, well I would speak more but a thunder storm is coming.

Moiraine, you have a popup killer? I didn't know they made such things...I'd like one, if it isn't that big of an involvement.

Lots of people here have pop-up blockers. I have one called pop-up stopper. It was a gift by the way. Normally it costs money... ABF has a free one, it's built into newer versions of netscape. There are about a billion others too.

In any case, the sad thing is it may be a little late. Recently a way to detect pop-up blocker software has been found, and as such some pages are now being designed to block users with said blockers, like the one Moiraine was talking about. Nice of them to not only make their sites unsurfable, but to then tell those who finally found a way to get rid of the site's annoying aspects to bugger off. I fear that soon IGN will also adept this same detection method.

The good news is that there is a way around it, however most pop up blockers don't have this way implemented yet. In fact, I haven't seen any with it implemented yet. It'll be a matter of time before this detection is defeated. Then get that blocker.

You can add sites to the "don't block popups on these sites" list to get around the problem of sites not working because of popups... but its very, very unnapreciated. I HATE popups!

But yes, it is true that some sites will still pop up ads even with the blocker... but nowere near all. I know that every so often on some sites I hear the 'ping' of a blocked popup.

There are lots of pay forums. Take Tendo City for example.

It's a question of how much the owner is willing or able to eat. Me, since TC is small enough, I can handle it with ease, and for that reason I'm somewhat apprehensive of expanding too much.

I sort of did hand the site to you Finex(prior), Well you sort of now did me in ,I actually would have preferd some Poetic Shakespearian death instead the way it is . But thats all in the past.

But one notable observation , would Cs still be going right now if nothing happened a few weeks ago?It was kind of dieing the last few weeks I was still there. perhaps my attempt to set it ablaze got you motivated to rebuild it and improve it.

not that spewing venom at each other was right, Or my payback was the right move either.

but anyways enough of that bull shit...

    good luck with the place.

P.S should Tc have its own comics like war bucket and penny arcade just a thought?

There are a few member made comics, though I don't think there is anyone at TC right now who can commit to making a regular comic strip

I've often considered starting a Zelda related sprite based comic (with no artistic skills aside from paintshop, that's my only option :D), but considering that I couldn't even finish the small story I had planned for "The Search for Great Rumbler", I don't think I could ever actually commit to it. If anyone's willing to take up the slack, maybe 3 comics a week with the authors switching for each one among a small pool that I'd pick, then we could get something going. Of course, it would only be something for us.

I would ENJOY making comics. I just need the script material. I love drawing and painting in Macromedia Flash. I've just never had the ideas to really create a successful comic. I've also been thinking about making the long awaited Shiggy flash animation but I have no idea where to begin with that project.

If anyone has some good ideas, perhaps you could PM me.

geoboy, you have the skills, I have the insanity, we can DO this!

Get ahold of me on ANY instant messanger you wish!

My yahoo id and my MSN id is my e-mail address (kbanks64@yahoo.com). My AIM id is DarkJag64. My ICQ number is 10581091. I don't care what you use, because I'll be on all of them at once using Trillian. Give me your ID as well.

Together, we can first realize the animation, then maybe a comic.

If someone were to make a comic for TC it could have all of the regular members in it, represented by their avatars.

Yeah, just like mine. I'd in fact toss them into the Zelda comic one by one. It would make perfect sense, as would the weird sprite alterations I'd make to Zelda sprites to make brand new characters. In fact, screw the avatars, I'd pick a special color swapped sprite for everyone!

Over two weeks have past sense DJ and geoboy decided to team up and make comics. So far geoboy has made a one panel comic and some Mario sprites, DJ hasn't made anything [as far as I know], OB1 has made LARGE comic, and I have made 10 comics despite not having the desire to do even one back then.

Come on, guys! Use your thinking caps and Photoshops!

I have yet to get my new computer up and running again, which is the one that has paint shop on it. I'm hardly going to use Paint!

In any case, I haven't seen geoboy online in a while, though I've been getting on IMs at times he's likely not to be on anyway.

In case you haven't seen GR's comics yet, you don't really need an artistic skills to make them.
