    I'm still trying to square off Mario Sunshine, and I need to beat the Hotel Delfino on that beach...the one where you bring the fruit up to the dude in the room. I got the fruit to him, and tried to give it to him, but he wouldn't take it...do I need to drop it off somewhere; how do I get it to him.

    I remember that I got all the Shines from that particular area of SMS...but I don't recall that particular situation. Sorry I can't be of help.

    It's not stupidity, just ignorance. I myself know as a fact I never would have found gamefaqs, penny arcade, or any of those other sites we take for granted had I not found "the circle". All within these net "loops" of course know of all the important sites. In the gameing loop, we all know about IGN, GameFAQs, and so on. However, outside the loop? No one could ever actually know. Are they to just randomly type in the right address? Is someone who has nothing to do with gaming supposed to tell them?

    Still, Darunia is IN the loop. I would think in all the time he's been in this loop he would have come across a link to GameFAQs at ONE point at least. Oh yeah, he did, just now.

    He is in the loop. He has been to IGN. They linked to GameFAQs for years. He has been to Gamespot. It is now them that are linked all over the place to GameFAQs.

    IGN and Gamespot also both have sizable FAQ sections of their own.

    So its not all stupidity I guess... just extreme laziness. Well its a pretty easy problem to solve.

    Oh, and DJ... its not hard to find anything on the net. Ever heard of a "search engine"? I use them all the time when I don't know where to find something... they work pretty well, from my experience. :)

    If you don't know any sites in a category, a search engine should find you places that mention the big sites in the category in pretty short order.

    Yes I have, but I can pretty much gurantee that wouldn't have worked. Why would I ever type in the phrase "video game online comic"? The idea of a comic online alone would be foreign until I saw one. Search engines today, like Google, ARE much better than ever before (though I have VERY bad luck no matter what search engine I use, as I just can't find what I'm looking for and instead find everything with those keywords, but NOT the actual thing, most of the time). However, the past? Search engines like old web crawler and old alta vista? Pfft, never would have found anythign like GameFAQs using those. I depend on links far more than search engines since even now with the improvements they have, they still suck. So don't say I should have found ONE specifc site with a search engine. That's pretty much impossible unless you have actually already been to the site (thus negating the need for a search engine in the first place) and know exactly what combination of words would only be found on that site.

    Oh, and read whole posts. Last paragraph, I already knew he is in the loop.

    I mean using search engines to get into sites, then using links in them or in other sites linked somewhere in them to get to the good sites...

    And I have found search engines will get you on the right path. Often they work directly, but plenty of other times its links in sites you find that do the trick... all it takes is some time and patience to look around and you WILL find what you're looking for. :)

    They're not kidding, Darunia. GameFAQs should be the first place you go for help with your games. If the answer isn't there, it probably isn't anywhere. Just type in Super Mario Sunshine and you'll get droves of walkthroughs and other helpful tips to make your game a breeze.

    Not knowing about Gamefaqs and you go to gaming related sites? I just find that just about impossible to believe...
