    Microsoft press conference is first, at noon Eastern, followed by EA, Ubisoft, and Sony later in the day. I'll watch them all live, of course, as I have for several years now. Nintendo's Nintendo Direct goes up at 10am Eastern Tuesday, just before the show floor opens that day.

    I've got little excitement left for E3, what with the bulk of the games I want not being mentioned at such events anyway. I'll sift through recaps/trailer after it's all over.

    That's my plan as well. My big thing now is waiting for the next Nintendo Report on my Wii U, which will demo the upcoming Smash Bros. The thing is, E3 died when the average person couldn't buy tickets any more. The Penny Arcade Expo is now THE place for this sort of thing. My biggest regret was not going to E3 back when it meant something. Ah, I miss Laser Link.

    Smash Bros, the legend will never die. (Just tonight, my friends and I had a rip roarin' good time playing many matches of Brawl for a few hours. Some may say the game is slower, and it is, and the random tripping is stupid and should be abolished from the next game, but it is simply good fun. I pulled off a miracle win with Yoshi near the end. I was sort of goofing around and got really lucky with randomly placing explosive boxes in just the right places for my friends to accidentally smash into, and no, I wasn't really trying for that. It was also great fun playing on stages we'd previously removed from the lineup.)

    Even if I'm not buying the consoles as they release or anything, I'm very interested to see what they have to announce... you know, just in terms of general industry interest. So yes, I definitely think it's worthwhile to watch the conferences, regardless of if you're planning to buy or not. But are there any games I'm really looking forward to? No, I can't think of anything really... unless we see something more of Wii U (realistic) Zelda, that is. That I definitely want to see. I don't know if it'll be there, though. Quite possibly not.

    Also, GR, what games are you waiting to hear about?
