I just got the demo in PC Gamer yesterday and from what I have played this game rocks! It's chocked full of various high powered weapons that you can use to rip through hoardes of alien scum!

The graphics are pretty good. They weren't really jaw dropping, like Half-Life 2, but I'd say they are better than most FPSs out right now.

I noticed that the enemies are actually kind of smart. When you try to shoot them they'll run for cover.

It reminds of Half-Life in a way.

It's pretty fun, but like most PC games there's a complete lack of bump-mapping which could have made it look much, much better.

High resolution makes that matter less...

Bump-mapping is a much better way of making a game better and I really doubt that a higher resolution would make more of a difference than several layers of bump-mapping
