Email Fixed On Server

I finally got around to fixing the email on TCForums.com
We should start receiving new post notifications again as well as new members.

I'm counting on all my admins to keep the spam bots at bay.

I just setup the system to notify me when new users register, I will be personally be checking all new users for bots and approving or banning. I also just cleaned up the database a little bit I deleted all spambot user accounts from the forum.
