The Wii is in my possession. I had to drive around for a little bit to find a store with extra controllers because Best Buy ran out, but I got a decent hour of time with the system before I had to turn it off for the Bears game that just started. I was disappointed, though, because the Wii couldn't see my wireless connection. Maybe I just need to reposition the router. That's a task for after the game, though.

I will say that Wii Sports was pretty fun from what I tried. I only got to play tennis and baseball, but hitting a homerun in baseball is an awesome feeling. More details to come later.

I had to spread myself thin to buy it at launch, so I've just got Wii Sports for the time being (and for the next while, probably). Which is enough. I love the bowling training where you get to knock down 91 pins at once!

I like all the games (not tried Golf yet, will later) and they're all fun. Boxing is a bit unresponsive, but the others are a blast and a half.

So, how can we communicate with one another? Do we have to wait until an online-capable game is released, or is there a way we can do something now (like trade Miis)?

Nevermind, I think I've found it: my Wii "friend code" of sorts.

    Mine is:

Question: I bought a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector to play online with my DS because I don't have a wireless connection. Will this work with the Wii or am I going to have to buy another one?

It should work with the Wii.

Anyway, I only got Wii Sports, but I have Zelda ordered online so I should be getting that soon. So far I like baseball the best in Wii Sports, although bowling is a close second. Tennis is pretty good too. It can be tough to judge your swings in golf, though, which made it kind of tough for me. It didn't help that my sister kicked my ass at it. I wasn't a big fan of boxing, but I didn't devote too much time to it.

Strangely, Wal-Mart got 0 copies of Twilight Princess, so my brother and dad had to go on a quest to find it. Another store got 100 copies of Twighlight princess and only 30 Wii's. Someone didn't plan things well.

Actually, someone planned to snatch up those people who didn't get one at that particular store.
