Blizzard hasn't released their new cards for this year yet...but I couldn't wait any longer.

    Merry Christmas to you all!

    Xmas time!

    ...You still play Warcraft 2?

He remembers how to play and is way better than me at it, anyway, if he's still half as good as he was last time we played it some time ago...

Are the orcs and humans still not balanced properly? I still say some tweaks to the healing and the bloodlusting would fix that right up proper. Perhaps "heal" would actually apply a max HP buff that sticks around for a while? I think that would do the trick...

WCII never had balance changes that I am aware of, so yes, the Orcs are still better because bloodlust beats heal... WCII is tough. It's got a lot of tricks you can learn to be pretty good at the game that I never really learned, so I'm not very good at all against humans... it seems like I'm better at each game after it -- better at SC than WCII, though I still lose online most of the time in SC, and then much better at WCIII than either of the others...

I still say a heal that takes effect upon recieving damage (but wears off in about the same time bloodlust does) would solve the balance issue...

A Starcraft-style 'autoheal' (well, BW-style, anyway) would solve the problem... maybe. The real problem is that heal costs too much and the Paladins don't have much health, so it's not very effective or efficient...

Well if we can quantify the problem, then the solution is readily apparent and doable by Blizzard, if they even cared.

They've said that they don't want to change the balance in WCII, so nothing will change... it's not so bad, unless you play against someone who's analyzed the maps and knows the tricks and stuff, in which case you lose, badly. :)

I tend to think of myself as a "power" player, rather than a finess player or micro manager...so Orcs have always suited my play style quite well. I'm of the opinion I'm best with them(maybe I should ask ABF), and I definately prefer them (personality) to any other race in War3.

    That sounds about right...

Well, in WCII I'm sure you would crush me with either race, but in WCIII, yes. :) (and clearly Protoss in SC, though you're annoyingly good with zerg rushing...)

I'm hereby filing a class action law suit against ABF and Tendo City, on behalf of the ACLU and tight-asses everywhere. Your using the archaic term "Christ-mass" may have potentially offended someone, somewhere, somehow, sometime.

I'll see your uncouth asses in court!

The miracle of Christmas in retail in Virginia:

For 24 days of the month people would gladly lock you in a room with a bag of flaming poo just to take your last I pod Nano than look at you.
They would shove a fire cracker up your anis and light it, while masturbating on a state troopers car butt naked in plane view of security camera's perclaming Jesus wasn't black enough to be one of his homies, while raping a 6 year old girl in plane view of his parents in a Wal-Mart parking lot (and often do) for an Xbox 360.

    and on the 25th....

Perclame Jesus is born and thank god for his sacrifice.

Erm ......... I'm moving to Canada!
