Converting to a new system really shouldn't have taken THAT long. 3rd parties make a habit out of releasing games on all 3 major systems at once, and I've seen much quicker port jobs of games like MGS2.

DKR... far better than MK64 in single player... but it's the opposite in multiplayer. There, I'd say MK64 is a lot better.

It was stupid, certainly, but Rare's moves since Nintendo sold them haven't shown Nintendo to be wrong... that'll only happen once Rare starts making classically great Rare-quality games again. And not just ports like Conker. :)

I wasn't talking about SFA. Since that is so amazingly obvious that SFA was not a port, then why would you assume that's what I meant? Would it not be more logical to assume I was talking about ports in general, such as the 3rd party games I mentioned? Though, I can see your misunderstanding in the context... Really though, I was talking about how Kameo was originally going to be a GCN title but they ended up having to make it for XBox. Whatever they had done up to that point shouldn't have taken that long to put on XBox hardware. Well, no matter, now it's cancelled... A shame really, one of the Rare games I was actually looking forward to.
