I'm about a hour into the game and so far it's terrific. I want to get back to playing it though, so I'll post some real impressions tomorrow. In the meantime, enjoy the gorgeous MC artwork:

That artwork is very good. That's good... the test for the game (as with any game with good preliminary art) is how it translates into the game, though. And you know my opinion there... parts are good, others not so good. But oh well. It's clearly a good game.

On a technical level it's definitely far superior to LttP, but I do prefer the art style of that game over MC's.

Yeah, I would say that too... though for character art it's close, in the backgrounds and stuff LttP is better. Ingame, anyway. To compare concept art I'd need to see more LttP concept art...

Oh in terms of concept art Minish Cap blows away LttP. Actually I think MC's promotional and concept art to be the best yet out of any Zelda game. I was talking about the in-game art.

I thought so... because yeah, that's some very good concept art. A lot better than the ingame art, really... but that is often the case.
