N-Philes Software and hardware sales for July - OB1 - 19th August 2003 Wow, Wind Waker has about as many units since its release as any one of the GBA Pokemon games. That's pretty impressive. Software and hardware sales for July - Great Rumbler - 19th August 2003 Impressive...and yet very, very sad. Software and hardware sales for July - OB1 - 19th August 2003 Well the GBA's userbase is over three times that of the Gamecube's and Pokemon is the Gameboy's biggest seller, so it's not too shabby. Software and hardware sales for July - Great Rumbler - 19th August 2003 Yeah, but it should be more than that. Software and hardware sales for July - OB1 - 19th August 2003 Better than any other GC game released so far, I think. Some of the launch titles might have done better. Software and hardware sales for July - A Black Falcon - 26th August 2003 GC had 3 games in the top 20 and X-Box had two... X-Box just had a major title release (KOTOR) and GC didn't. Software and hardware sales for July - OB1 - 26th August 2003 Uh, yeah, and where were they placed on the chart? The X-Box games are at #2 and #3, while the GC games are at #12, #17, and #20. Not even on the top 10. Software and hardware sales for July - A Black Falcon - 26th August 2003 But given what those five games are, I'd fully expect the two X-Box ones to sell better... Software and hardware sales for July - OB1 - 26th August 2003 Mario Golf was a big seller on the N64, and the other X-Box game on the top 10 is also on the Gamecube, but nowhere on that chart. Software and hardware sales for July - A Black Falcon - 26th August 2003 You know as well as I that Cube sports games just don't sell. Software and hardware sales for July - Great Rumbler - 26th August 2003 And that's one of the reasons why they are in third place. Software and hardware sales for July - OB1 - 26th August 2003 Exactly.
