This guy was ahead of his time.
I'm not going to be able to afford this much longer... an extra $100 a month tacked onto my rent the past two years and no promise that it's not going to happen again this year.

All housing costs are out of control, not only rents. Rent, new mortgages (because of how insane home prices are in a lot of the country + the higher interest rates now), property taxes keep rising steeply, etc. The whole system is getting affordable in a lot of the country, requiring more and more money be spent on housing. It's definitely a bad cycle...

It's scaring me right now. This greedflation has to end. The greed is about to put me out of house and home.
