We all know that sauce is suberviant to cheese. Cheese is a meal in itself, let alone the vital cornerstone of any great pizza. You CAN have pizza without sauce, but NOT without cheese!

I once had a pizza that had no sauce, yet many other ingredients which made it unnecessary. Cheese was one of those things. Sorry, Undertow, but cheese gets my vote.
