Wow! Amazing... I saw a few seconds of Olympic pingpong once a few years ago, but NBC won't show much of it... maybe its on CNBC or MSNBC, but I never saw any of their footage. It sure is impressive... they stand way back from the table a lot.

That guy is amazing! Truly an artisan with the paddle, knowing just how much to hit the ball and at what angle to make it come back and still bounce off the table from such insane lengths and while performing such stunts. However I am curious, if he was disqualified for jumping over the table like that...Seems like it'd be against the rules.

Olympic ping-pong athletes really do stand WAY back from the table... often at the edges of the 'arena' they are in...
I don't know about the table jump, though. ;)
