Not only are they shutting down, they are apologizing. Not only are they apologizing, but they are apologizing because they actually seem to understand how much harm they have done to people.
Now, I want to say that this is good, but the fact is this guy still has certain beliefs that... aren't good. It is still SOMETHING though, and it's getting a lot of attention.
