You're on notice, Bioware. - Great Rumbler - 17th March 2012

First we get that abomination that is Dragon Age 2. It's just so dull, boring, lifeless, and repetitive that it's hardly any fun to play. To make no mention of the way they totally screwed up the great party-based, strategic combat of the first game.

But now they completely ruined the entire Mass Effect series and universe with 5 of the worst videogame minutes I've ever seen. I'm being serious here, the last 5 minutes of Mass Effect 3 are just so absurdly bad that it completely overshadows how great the other 25 hours were. Unbelievable.

With all the bad press I've been hearing about that Mass Effect 3 ending I get the impression that after the very last action the player makes, it abruptly cuts into a "made by The Cheat" poorly drawn flash animation where the Reapers and Shepherd go to get a pizza, and the Cheat can come along too, but not you Nebulon, no one likes your style.

That would honestly be a less egregious ending than the one we got.

And let me emphasize something here: Mass Effect 3 only has ONE ending. That's it. And that one ending is horrible.

I sincerely hope the ending involves getting laid or choosing whether or not your character is homosexual right before you meet the traditional holy roman empire god. Or, what would really do it for me, is a single shot of artwork with "Congratulations !!!"

I've heard a little bit about the ending, but very little, apart from that everyone hates it and a tiny bit about the plot goes.

But yeah, between DA2 and this, Bioware's definitely gone downhill fast from even just a few years back...
