TovenNet Quicky - etoven - 15th September 2010

Just A little render I did this morning...Guess what I was watching while I worked on this? :)

TovenNet Quicky - Weltall - 15th September 2010

Judge Mathis?

TovenNet Quicky - EdenMaster - 15th September 2010

Law and Order. Any.

TovenNet Quicky - Dark Jaguar - 15th September 2010

A flock of birds?

TovenNet Quicky - Great Rumbler - 15th September 2010

Nancy Grace?

TovenNet Quicky - etoven - 15th September 2010

10 Points to the person who can guess the name and registry of the ship I modeled.

TovenNet Quicky - Sacred Jellybean - 15th September 2010

GR obviously had the right answer but since when did Nancy Grace ride ships? Google's not turning up anything.

TovenNet Quicky - Dark Jaguar - 15th September 2010

It's the USS Babylon 5!

TovenNet Quicky - Weltall - 15th September 2010

H.M.S. Pinafore?

TovenNet Quicky - Sacred Jellybean - 15th September 2010

Pretty sure it's the Nautilus, the registry thing is a trick question. There's no need for a registry for a self-made submarine.

Still don't understand how that ties into Nancy Grace though Confused Is this some kind of riddle?

TovenNet Quicky - etoven - 16th September 2010

All of you make Roddenberry cry!

TovenNet Quicky - etoven - 16th September 2010

Maybe this will help you haters!

TovenNet Quicky - A Black Falcon - 16th September 2010

It's the NX-01 from Star Trek Enterprise, of course. I thought it was from the first pic, but that one makes it pretty obvious.

Unless it's too obvious, which is why nobody is seriously answering?

TovenNet Quicky - Sacred Jellybean - 16th September 2010

Well of COURSE the Lego expert would recognize that.

Where'd you buy the kit for that photo you took, anyway? And where the hell was that when I was a kid? Never heard of any lego series called "star trek" but it was probably after my time.

TovenNet Quicky - etoven - 16th September 2010

Legos? You're confusing Star Wars and Star Trek, SJ... :)

TovenNet Quicky - Weltall - 16th September 2010

What's a star track?

TovenNet Quicky - etoven - 17th September 2010

This is my latest render...
I finally got around to some compositing node work, and some material editing.

Yes ABF, that's it, unless you pointing that out dryly is some meta-level humor beyond all of us.

Everyone everywhere knows what an Enterprise is. Etoven knows that! He was asking us sarcastically.

TovenNet Quicky - A Black Falcon - 17th September 2010

Well sure, but you'd need to know Star Trek fairly well to be able to tell the various versions of the Enterprise apart. I think that's why he was asking.
